Meeting Place: Harbour Pavilion Meaford Waterfront

Meaford Area Ride includes Lakeshore Rds N & S -Approx 33km

Parking @ the Harbour Pavilion in Meaford @ the waterfront. You can access the parking lot when heading west on Hwy 26 turn right @ the lights onto St. Vincent St. Take this down to the waterfront and park there.

Right turn out of the parking lot, ride over the bridge and turn right onto Bayfield St. Quick left turn onto Nelson St. Straight thru at the lights (Sykes). Ride up the hill past the hospital. Road swings left becoming Pearson Rd then swings right to become Miller Rd becoming Cnty Rd 12. Go past 7th Line to the second intersection and turn left onto #112 (@ the stop sign). Right turn onto 10th Side Rd (Derry Rd). Right @ Sydenham Twnship Rd #11. Right @ the church onto 16th Side Rd. Left onto #112. Cross Hwy 26. Continue north and turn right onto Side Rd 22. Ride down towards the water cross 7th Line. Turn right @ the next corner onto Lakeshore Rd N. Follow this road to the end. Dismount and walk thru the short pathway connecting us to Lakeshore Rd S.(this road has been under construction for the season. I am told it has been completed.) Lakeshore becomes Grandview. Turn left onto Sykes. Left onto Nelson. Park behind McGinty's Cafe. Coffee/ Tea Break @ McGinty's Cafe. Returning to the harbour after the break. This route has some hills and some potholes!
