As the weather improves, getting together outdoors for Cocktails & Nibblies sounds like a wonderful idea. It’s a great way to spread out, relax, and mingle in a casual setting.

This will be a laid-back get-together—please be prepared to bring a lawn chair (if required by the host), your own beverages, and an appetizer to share with approximately 6–8 guests.

To keep things simple and easy for the host, each guest is asked to bring all of their own supplies and take them home afterward (including anything that needs washing). Please also take your garbage with you, so there is little to no need to go inside the host’s home. The best part—no cleanup required for the host!

In the event of rain, if the host does not have a covered area, they will decide whether to cancel or reschedule with a rain date.

HOST will need to provide:,

• A designated space for guests 
• A table to set appetizers on and a table for drinks
• Washroom access
• Hurrah no mess to clean up!
• 
  

• Your own beverage
• One appetizer to share (for 6 to 8 guests ), please bring your appetizer ready to serve with utensils
• Glasses, plate, napkin and a bag to take your dirty dishes home
• Lawn chair
• You get the idea, if you need it  - you bring it!
