Who We are

Probus is a local, national and international association of retired people who come together in non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit, autonomous clubs which provide regular opportunities for members to meet others in similar circumstances, with similar levels of interest, make new friends, and maintain and expand their interests.

The Beaver Valley Probus Club makes its home in the Southern Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada. Our members are able to enjoy many outdoor and indoor activities in the picturesque setting of Simcoe & Grey/Bruce Counties.

Monthly Meetings

This social club meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from January to June and September to November at the Beaver Valley Community Centre in Thornbury.

These meetings are networking events but also give our activity leaders an  opportunity to announce upcoming events.

We invite interesting guest speakers to talk about their passion for about an hour.
