DESCRIPTION & DIFFICULTY : This is a loop hike which starts at the parking lot on the 9th Sideroad just a few metres from the hamlet of Duncan.  It is Moderate with 1 short difficult climb and not recommended for persons with any mobility or breathing issues.  The pace is medium.

This is an interesting hike with lots of variety. We will be using the main Bruce Trail as well as part of Kolapore Wilderness trails on the Northwest Passage. There are a number of ups and downs with a few muddy spots. Please be aware that there is a short steep climb, using hand holds, up at Pinnacle Rock.  After climbing up beside  the Rock there are great views across the valley to Metcalfe Rock.

This loop is approximately 6 kms and will take approx. 2 hours.

Carpooling is recommended as there are limited parking spots.
