November 9, 2021: The Nordic Pole Walking group had a lovely walk on the first nine holes at Lora Bay!

October 19: What a beautiful day for pole walking! The Meaford cemetery and Georgian Trail were full of great fall colours!

October 5: After almost 2 years the pole walking group has finally restarted. Our first walk was Tuesday October 5 at the Thornbury yacht club.
