Registration

  • -Registration opens the first week of the month, when the email invitation is sent out to the Casual Dining with Friends Activity Group.
    -Each member of a couple must register individually, from the email addressed to them by name
    -You will need to click the NEXT button several times and CONFIRM. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email within 2 minutes. Please try again if you do not receive the email, it means your registration is not complete. For assistance please contact help@beavervalleyprobus.com

You are invited to attend our first of two summer pot luck picnics at the lovely country home of Chris and David Z. This will be a traditional pot luck so please bring a dish of your choice (approx. 8 servings), your serving utensil as well as the dishes/cutlery/glasses etc required to plate your meal. As always you are also asked to bring your beverage of choice (coffee and tea will be available). Tables/chairs will be provided.

Should you have allergies I would suggest you bring a dish that you are able to enjoy as individual requirements are difficult to accommodate in a pot luck format.
