Join us for an evening of Olive Oil and Balsamic tasting! 

We hope that you can join us at The Collingwood Olive Oil Company.

We will be given a detailed explanation regarding the making of quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This will be followed by a "Hands-on creation of the perfect pairing for salad, balsamic over fruit, and oil and balsamic over vanilla ice cream"  Bread will also be provided for oil and vinegar tasting.

In addition, the store will offer members a 10% discount on any purchases made during the evening.

Please arrive at the store between 5:30 and 5:45 PM (the store closes to the public at 5:30) so that they can start the discussion promptly at 6:00.

You can choose between 2 evenings.  If the events are full when you go to register, please put your name on the wait list.  If there is enough interest, we will endeavor to hold further evenings, and those on the wait list will have priority.
