Estate Planning “Kick the Bucket” Seminar

When: There are 2 dates to choose from:

• Session 1: Thursday, September 25 @ 7:00 – 8:00 pm
• Session 2: Thursday, October 9 @ 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Location: St. George’s Anglican Church 166 Russell St. E. Clarksburg.
We'll be downstairs in the Great Hall. Please enter the church via the front doors. An elevator is available, and there is lots of free parking.

Registration: $10.00 with credit card payment online. 
Please note there are only 40 seats available for each session. Please check the other date if your session is already filled or join WAITLIST when full (there is no cost to join Waitlist). There is always the possibility of adding additional seminars.

Refund Policy: As with all of our events, refunds will not be given.

Estate Planning Seminar Details:

This seminar will walk you through what to include and how to organize it, so your loved ones aren’t left guessing when you "Kick the Bucket".

Here are some of the items that we will cover that day:

1. Power of Attorney: CBC Radio January 22, 2024 article
2. Do you have a Will and when was it last updated? 
3. Do you have POA for both Health Care and  Property/Financial matters?
4. Who is your Executor: Spouse/partner, children, friend and will they know where to look for all of your important documents? 
5. Do they know your wishes for your Funeral arrangements?
6. Do they know your passcodes? 
7. Binder: Executor Responsibilities, Estate Administration Tax, List of Helpful Government of Ontario Resources 
8. Template Review 
   
   

You will receive a wealth of information prior to the seminar in addition to a template that you can use to build your own “Kick The Bucket” binder.
