Notice of General Meeting

March 25, 2025 @ 11:00 am – Online via Zoom

This year's AGM will be held on March 25, 2025 at 11 AM. It will be an online meeting, using Zoom. An invitation and a reminder will be emailed to our members ahead of time and with instructions on how to join this online meeting.

We kindly ask that all members vote online to elect our officers amoung other important items. Check your email on March 18, 2025  for instructions on how to vote. Voting closes on March 24, 2025 the day prior to the AGM.
