We are cherishing the late summer weather and planning another Tuesday morning outing at Tomahawk GC.  Please register if you would like to join us on September 17th.  We have three tee times at 8:50, 9:10 and 9:20.  There is space for 12 golfers; a waitlist will allow extras to register, in case there are cancellations.

Last week's two-on-two scramble was popular, so this week, we will change it up a bit and try a modified alternate shot game.  Playing two against two, both members of the pair tee off.  They decide which tee shot is preferred, and playing from there with one ball, alternate who hits next; the person whose tee shot is not chosen plays next. You alternate until the ball is in the hole, and the pair with the lowest total on the hole scores a point.  Hopefully this will reduce a lot of play from bad lies, combining a quicker game for all with the fun of friendly competition.

Once we know who is playing, I will set up the teams to make pairs as equitable as possible.  Let me know if you want to stay with last week's partner.  I'm sorry that I will miss this game but look forward to seeing you all the following week.
