Registration

  • -Registration opens on April 8, when the email invitation is sent out to the Casual Dining with Friends Activity Group.
    -Each member of a couple must register individually, from the email addressed to them by name
    -You will need to click the NEXT button several times and CONFIRM. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email within 2 minutes. Please try again if you do not receive the email, it means your registration is not complete. For assistance please contact help@beavervalleyprobus.com

You are invited to participate in our April dinner event and we look forward to welcoming our many new members as well as our returning regulars.

As always we will require hosts for this event. For those of you who are new our committee will determine guest placements in accordance with our host volunteers. Your hosts will contact you re location, number of guests (6/8/10) and a request for a specific meal contribution (appetizer, salad, veg dish or dessert) as required.

Please indicate during registration if you are willing to host this time. Deadline to register is April 18.

As always, your assigned host will contact you a few days before the event regarding location and what food contribution you are requested to bring.
