Registration

    Please scroll to the bottom of each page during registration. You will be asked to make some selections and will need to click NEXT several times.

    Member couples are encouraged to register and pay together. Please use the ADD GUEST button. You will need to click ADD again, once you have input your partner's details.

    On the last page you will need to review and click the JOIN WAITLIST /CONFIRM button in the final step.

    If you do not receive a "WAITLISTED" or "CONFIRMED" email a minute or so after registration, it means your registration was NOT complete and your place is not secured. Please try again or contact help@beavervalleyprobus.com.

E.C. Carr Observatory Visit

Our visit scheduled is now scheduled for July 27.

Join us for an evening under the stars! The visit will start with a short presentation given by an on-site supervisor. After dark we will be able to look through the main telescope for views of planets, double-stars and more. If the night is clear, there may be members the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada present with their telescopes as well, and we may able to look at several other objects of interest!

General Information:

When: Thursday, July 27 **NEW DATE**
Time: 7:30  - 10:30 PM
Cost: $14 / per person
Location: Near Sideroad 21 and 6th line.
                   Map will be sent with final Confirmation email


Registration: Members who are confirmed and paid, but unable to attend the new date, please contact Don, so your ticket can be resold to a member on the waitlist.

Members Only: Due to limited space, this event is for members only. The Add Guest option is intended for Member Couples to register together and pay with single invoice.

Refund Policy: As with past years, refunds will not be given after payment has been made. We hope for clear skies near the first quarter moon, but there are no guarantees.
