Welcome to our second pot luck picnic of the summer on Aug. 25th at the Bayview Park Pavilion in Thornbury. There is a rental fee for this facility, payable to TBM, so we would ask that everyone contribute 4.00 per participant to cover this fee and any additional costs i.e. coffee etc.

We had great fun on July 28th, thanks again to Shellie and Al Smith, but we did experience a bit of an issue re a food shortage and a couple of our guests did not get a full dinner. Thinking ahead and counting on a participation of about 30 please plan on bringing a dish that will serve 10/12 portions and we should be fine. If our numbers change significantly we will advise you accordingly.

Please bring serving utensils and your own dishes, cutlery and beverage of choice.
