Hike Leader: Dennis Knight

This is a loop hike, approximately 4.5 kms. in length and with a moderate pace will take no more than two hours to complete. The trail follows rocky outcrops, mixed hardwood forests, and old logging roads. While there are some rocky sections there are no significant hills to climb. Bayview escarpment consists of both Bruce Trail Conservancy lands and Ontario Nature Reserve lands. There is a good selection of rare ferns and other flora and some rather spectacular rocky crevices as well as views to the north.
