Meeting Place: Wasaga Beach Sports Park - Boat Launch; 1888 Klondike Park Rd, Wasaga Beach
Paddling Route: We will paddle up the Nottawasaga River into Jack's Lake and back - approx. 2 hrs. paddling time. We hope to see a variety of wildlife including Blue Herons, Ducks, Egrets, Turtles, Swans, Muskrat and if we are lucky a resident Bald Eagle. Feel free to bring along your lunch and chairs as there is an area for us to picnic following our paddle if you wish. Please note: Registration will be limited to 8 boats + 2 leaders. Physical distancing of (2m) must be maintained at all times. Please remember to bring the following: - Water to drink - PFD, whistle, bailer, rope etc. - Sunscreen and hat - Hand sanitizer and mask (masks are to be worn when on land) - Probus contact card (it contains important contact information) Thank you for registering and we are looking forward to paddling with you!
