Activities Convenor

1. Plan and organize the Activity Fair each March.
2. For each new/renewed Activity Group, establish who the Activity Leader / Coordinator will be, introduce him/her to his/her role and responsibilities.
3. Ensure the Activity Coordinators are aware of the documents describing club policies, guidelines for the Activity Coordinators and suggestions for preparing the web pages for their activity.
4. Become familiar with the various activity groups and give guidance and assistance as required.
5. Communicate with Activity Leaders on behalf of the management team.
6. Attend monthly Management Committee Meetings and present information pertaining to the Club Activity Groups as required.
