2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice of General Meeting
March 24, 2026 @ 11:00 am – Online only
This year's AGM will be held on March 24, 2026 at 11 AM. It will be an online meeting, using Google Meet. An invitation and a reminder will be emailed to our members ahead of time and with instructions on how to join this online meeting.
Please note that on that same day, March 24, 2026 between 1:00 and 3:00 PM, we will be holding our Annual Activities Fair in the Beaver Valley Community Centre.
We kindly ask that all members participate in the online vote to
- elect our Officers
- accept the minutes of the 2025 AGM
- accept the 2025-2026 Annual Financial Statements.
**It is important that members participate in this online vote so that the required quorum of 25% is met and the club can continue to operate!**
If you would like to be nominated for one of the Officer positions, or if you know of someone who would accept a nomination, then please contact Brian Cromie so that such nominees can be added to the ballot. The deadline for nominations is March 3, 2026
