2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice of General Meeting
March 25, 2025 @ 11:00 am – Online via Zoom
This year's AGM will be held on March 25, 2025 at 11 AM. It will be an online meeting, using Zoom. An invitation and a reminder will be emailed to our members ahead of time and with instructions on how to join this online meeting.
Please note that on that same day, March 25, 2024 between 1:30 and 3:30 PM, we will be holding our Annual Activities Fair in the Beaver Valley Community Centre.
We kindly ask that all members participate in the online vote to
- elect our Officers
- accept the minutes of the 2024 AGM
- accept the 2024-2025 Annual Financial Statements.
**It is important that members participate in this online vote so that the required quorum of 25% is met and the club can continue to operate!**
If you would like to be nominated for one of the Officer positions, or if you know of someone who would accept a nomination, then please contact Ilene Rushefsky Charland so that such nominees can be added to the ballot. The deadline for nominations is March 4, 2025
